Escape World Pandora, Inc. is headquartered in Heredia, Costa Rica.

This privacy policy describes the different ways in which we may collect, use and share data, Escape World Pandora, through third parties such as Google, we track demographics only for the management and analysis of the platform, to provide better services. Escape World Pandora does not store any financial information of users, the only data stored, are those provided by users when filling out News requests, in case of suggestions for the social network Escape, and in the request for partnership for Partners, businesses, companies, and each artist, developer, designer intends to join the project that has been their preference. Escape World Pandora does not appropriate any development, design or article, with the exception of articles created under its own design, and on Print-on-Demand platforms that give right over the article as long as it does not violate parameters of image rights, creation or author. Always and at all times the platform provides the rights to the owner of each design or development. If you have any questions, you can always contact us as described in the “Contact us” section.

When we refer to “Escape World Pandora” (or any similar term such as “we” or “us”) in this privacy policy, we refer to the entity of Escape World Pandora and its entertainment services (ESCAPE) as a future social platform, (World) as a platform for Businesses, Companies, Developers, Artists, Designers, (Pandora) as an entertainment platform, (Aztra) video game in development for entertainment, (Aztra Shop) as a shopping platform, which controls and is responsible for your data. Escape World Pandora has third party links for user convenience only, it does not collect any additional information with only the sole exceptions set forth below.

1. WHAT ARE ESCAPE WORLD PANDORA'S SERVICES?

Escape World Pandora does not intend to own or take ownership of any of the logos, designs or tools used in the development.

We use the term “Escape World Pandora” to describe any products or services provided by Escape World Pandora that link directly to this privacy policy.

These include, for example:

Tools used in the development of the platform and feature services such as the platform portfolio.
-Development of websites and applications as part of the service portfolio or service delivery offered by the platform.

- Developer tools such as groups and private work profile for corporations, businesses, artists, designers.

2. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

The types of data we collect depend on how you interact with the platform. Generally speaking, we collect data in three main ways: A) when you provide it to us, B) automatically when you use the platform demographically, and C) from service providers and third parties.

B. Data we collect automatically

We automatically collect certain data when you visit, access, or use the platform. This includes data about your use of the platform, purchases, rights, and other activity in the platform's Services, typically associated with your account (if you are logged into your user account or using a third-party account to access Escape World Pandora) or with an identifier we have assigned to your profile. Although the type of data we automatically collect may vary, it generally includes:

• usage information and statistics about your interaction with the platform, in the video game AZTRA, or the game you have played within the Aztra mini-games system, how long you have used it and when, game attempts, evolution and results, saved preferences, error reports, the URLs of the websites you have visited, the referral and exit URLs, the pages consulted, the time you have spent on a page, the number of clicks and the type of platform;

• the general location of your device, which we typically derive from your device's IP address.

The platform uses technologies such as cookies, log files, and web beacons to automatically collect the types of information mentioned above. Some of these technologies can create small files or record-keeping tools that can be stored on your device. They help us, our service providers, and third parties recognize your device and provide information about how you use and interact with the platform. For example, they support our ability to authenticate users, remember preferences, manage advertising, personalize experiences, and perform data analytics.

Please note that if certain functionalities on the Platform are provided by third parties, those third parties may also employ automated means of data collection and may record information about your use of the Platform, its services or other websites over time. For example, when you use Google services (such as Gmail) that include third-party software, those third-party providers may collect information through their technology. These features are subject to the privacy notices and policies of such third parties.

C. Data We Collect From Other Sources

In some cases, we may also receive information about you from service providers and third parties in connection with your use of the Platform.

For example, some third-party developers allow you to use your Google account to sign in to their service. And if you choose to link your Gmail account with your account on third-party social networks (such as Facebook), games (such as Steam), or another similar website or service, or if you interact with one of the advertisers on Google on a third-party website or service, the company that operates that website or service may share certain information in accordance with its own privacy practices. Your privacy settings on the other company's website or service typically take precedence over the specific types of data they may share with the platform, so be sure to review and update them regularly.

Common examples of linked accounts may include the display name and user ID of the third-party account, as well as the associated device information, name, and email address.

3. HOW DO WE USE DATA?

As a general rule, we use the data we collect (either individually or in combination with other data collected as described in this policy) to help us provide, improve, personalize, analyze, and promote the Escape World Pandora platform.

This includes its use for purposes such as:

• Create, verify, and manage user accounts and features;

• provide portfolio services, as well as support and assistance for each user, including responding to inquiries, processing transactions or requests, and communicating with users (such as by sending messages and updates on service and account-related issues);

• develop, deliver and improve the Platform and other offerings, some of which may be offered in collaboration with third parties;

• personalize your experience, including presenting content or features that are best suited to you or your interests, or our inferences about your interests (for example, if you frequently purchase products from a category in the store, we may infer that you would be interested and suggest similar products to you);
• promote the platform, including managing, personalizing, and measuring the effectiveness of our advertisements, promotional offers, surveys, and events;

•manage alpha, beta or early access tests on the platform and in the Aztra video game (and collect feedback);

• carry out data analysis (such as analysing how the platform is used so that we can understand, improve and personalise it);

• compliance with our legal or contractual obligations and the application of our terms;

• secure the platform such as detecting fraud and protecting Escape World Pandora and its users from illegal or harmful actions; and

•improve the technologies or processes used to achieve these purposes (such as training machine learning models used to help detect attempted infringement or moderate toxic, illegal, or harmful content or conduct and enforce our terms and policies, such as our Community Rules for each group or blog).

We may also process data that does not identify you individually, including aggregated or anonymized data that we create or collect from other sources. This data helps us better understand larger groups of users. If we combine this data with data that identifies you, we will treat it as described in this privacy policy. But please note that this privacy policy does not limit our ability to process data that does not identify you individually, and we may use and disclose aggregated or anonymized data for any reason as long as permitted by law and authorized.

• with other game developers (such as to enable features for mini-games included in the Aztra Video Game that you purchase through the Epic Games Store);

• publicly (e.g., your display name, content you create or share, basic profile statistics on the blog, and other similar information that may be accessible to others);

• with service providers acting on our behalf to help support Escape World Pandora in accordance with our instructions (e.g., cloud storage providers, payment processors, or marketing and advertising partners);

• when we believe we need to comply with the law or protect you, Escape World Pandora, or others (for example, in response to a court order or subpoena, as part of an investigation of fraud or other illegal activity, or violation of our terms or policies, or if it is necessary to protect others from death or serious bodily or property harm);

• with other Escape World Pandora entities (including to help provide support to the platform internationally);

• in connection with certain types of corporate transactions (such as in the event of a restructuring or sale of all or a significant part of our business);

•with your permission (for example, if you link external accounts to your profile, or use your Epic account to log in to the Aztra game, or participate in cross-promotion events); and

• We may also share data that does not identify you with third parties, including aggregated or anonymized data.

No mobile phone number provided by you will be shared for security purposes with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

To the extent that we share your personal information with third parties, we strive to ensure that these third parties provide the same protections or protections substantially similar to those that Escape World Pandora describes in this privacy policy.

The third parties you interact with through the platform may have different privacy practices than Escape World Pandora, so we encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing your data with them.

5. PRIVACY OF MINORS

We are designing Escape World Pandora to welcome users of all ages around the world. This means that we collect information about users' ages, and some of our services will offer a different experience based on what we know about a user's age and where they live. The following information is for parents and guardians to understand our privacy practices with respect to minors (under the age of 12 or the age of digital consent in the user's region, whichever is greater).

When a user indicates that they are a minor, they are placed on a "limited account" until they are no longer a minor as defined above or until their parent or guardian grants additional privacy permission and activates parental controls. Limited accounts can play the Aztra video game, but features such as voice chat and real money purchases are disabled. Escape World Pandora collects limited personal information from limited accounts in order to operate them, in each case in accordance with applicable privacy and youth protection laws:

• date of birth and country to determine age and apply appropriate adjustments;

• Parent or guardian's email address to notify and request consent to additional features (which is deleted if the parent does not respond within 7 days);

• the user's login email address (which is only stored in an unreadable "hashed and salted" randomized cryptographic format); and

• persistent identifiers such as IP addresses, gaming platform account IDs, device identifiers, and similar data collected with website tracking technologies to provide and maintain the platform (including analytics to improve them), protect the security and integrity of users, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and facilitate personalization in Aztra gameplay, such as the advancement within the game and the choice of avatar.

If a user with a limited account contacts us with a question or request, any personal information provided will be deleted after the query is resolved. When we share limited account personal information externally, it is to help us carry out these limited purposes.

A. Notice, Consent, and Parental Controls

Epic Games Parental Controls Policies.

An email address is collected from a parent or guardian of a minor player to send the parent or guardian an email notice that the minor has created a limited account. This notice also allows you to review our privacy practices for unrestricted accounts, consent to an unrestricted account so that your child can activate additional features, and set up parental controls. Please note that parents/guardians must complete our parental verification process to consent to an unrestricted account.

Epic Games uses Kids Web Services (KWS), a service offered by its subsidiary Kids Web Services Ltd, for parent/guardian and user age verification purposes. KWS will remember that it has verified your age the next time you use your email address to access other games/services powered by KWS, so you will not have to verify it again. Epic and KWS are jointly responsible for the processing of some of your personal information in this context. When a parent or guardian gives permission for an unrestricted account for their child, parental controls are automatically enabled. Parental controls can be accessed via a PIN code, allowing you to change choices about particular features made during the permission flow and further customize your child's experience.
Once a parent has authorized an unrestricted account for their child, the privacy practices described elsewhere in this privacy policy generally apply, but younger users may not have access to all content or features (due to our default privacy settings, age requirements for certain services and features, and/or parental controls in place). Depending on parental control settings and the user's age, users can access communications and social features (such as chat) and freely interact with most Epic services (including downloading other games from the Epic Games Store). When a user accesses a third-party game or app through the Epic Games Store, certain account information is shared with the publisher or developer of that game or app to enable the transaction and product features.

6. YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROLS

We seek to provide you with meaningful choices about the personal data we collect. The specific choices available to you often vary depending on the exact nature of our relationship with you, such as your use of the platform. Some common examples are:

• You can change your email marketing preferences at any time, for example by using the opt-out mechanism provided in our marketing emails, updating your profile account settings on the platform, or contacting us with your request.

• You can change the settings on your browser or mobile device to block, manage, delete, or limit tracking technologies such as cookies. In some cases, blocking or disabling cookies may cause Escape World Pandora to not work as intended and some functionalities may not be available.

• If you are under the age of 18 and have a profile account on Escape World Pandora, you may request that we remove or anonymize certain content you have provided on the platform. Route requests to help remove or edit content.

• Parents and guardians can adjust their child's Escape World Pandora account settings via email.

In some parts of the world, specific choices related to personal data are provided under local law.

7. OUR GLOBAL OPERATIONS

A. Data Transfers

When you use the platform, your data may be transferred to or stored in the United States or other countries in which we or our service providers have activity. The data protection laws and regulations in these countries may be different from those in your place of residence. We rely on a variety of legal mechanisms to legally assist in supporting data transfers outside the country of collection where appropriate. If permitted by local law, you authorize Escape World Pandora to process your data in any of the locations in which we do business (including the United States) through the use of Wix Hosting Services.

B. California Residents.

The California Consumer Privacy Act or "CCPA" provides consumers who are California residents with certain rights with respect to their personal information. If you are a California resident, you may have the right to: (1) request more information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose; (2) request deletion of your personal information; (3) opting out of the sale of your personal information (if any); and (4) not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

You or your authorized agent may make these requests by contacting us as described in the "Contact Us" section below. Please note that we may ask you for additional information to help us verify who you are before completing your application. If we receive your request from an authorized agent, we may ask you for proof that you authorized that person to submit requests to exercise rights on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your rights under the CCPA.

We collect the following categories of personal information, as described in the CCPA:

• identifiers (such as email addresses);

• demographic information (such as ages);

• commercial information (including rights or purchase history);

• internet or electronic network activity (e.g. game or website usage details);

• audio, electronic, visual or similar information (such as voice chat);

• geolocation information (as may be derived from your IP address or included in your billing information);

• other "personal information" as defined under California law (such as your credit or debit card information); and

• inferences drawn from any of these categories (e.g., about the genres of games you may prefer to play based on your purchase history).

ESCAPE WORLD PANDORA does not sell or share (as defined in the CCPA) the personal information we collect. We, however, disclose personal data as described in this policy (see the "How do we share data?" section above). In the past 12 months, we have disclosed personal data to the following categories of recipients:

• business partners (Aztra, a game purchased from the Epic Games Store);

• other entities such as Google (which may provide assistance with certain Ad Services);

• other users (e.g. if you use groups on the platform);

• service providers (as described in the "How do we share data?" section above);

• operating systems and platforms; and

• public authorities or other third parties in response to a lawful request.

C. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, you have certain rights about how your personal data is processed.

Rights of the data subject

You may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we have collected about you through uses on the platform. You may also have the right to a portable copy of the personal data you have provided, and to object to or restrict the processing of your personal data, such as for direct marketing. If appropriate, you can request a human review or challenge decisions made by automated means. In cases where you have given your consent to data processing, you have the right to withdraw it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint against us by contacting your local supervisory authority for data protection (if one exists in your country). However, we would appreciate it if you could give us the opportunity to address your concerns before you contact a data protection regulator, and we ask that you bring your complaint to us first.

Basis for treatment

The legal bases we rely on to process your personal data depend on the Epic Services you use and how you interact with them. They mainly include:

• Contractual necessity: we process personal data to provide the Services that are required when entering the Aztra video game. For example, we process personal data to set up and maintain your account; process your purchases; authenticate users; provide user experience features (such as saving your preferences); monitor and analyze the Services; detect and prevent fraud, deception, or other similar misuse; facilitate features such as cross-progression that allow you to play the game on one platform and continue your progress on another, which may make it necessary for us to share your data with third-party partners; and contact you about your account, transactions, or other updates. We also rely on the performance of a contract to manage our relationship with you, including responding to your support requests or general inquiries, and notifying you of changes to our applicable terms or policies.

• Legitimate interests: We process personal data as necessary for Escape World Pandora's business purposes, as opposed to the potential impact on your privacy rights. This includes many common purposes that you would reasonably expect, such as: communicating with you, responding to your requests, or providing you with updates and information; better understand our users and their preferences; personalize your experience, save your preferences, authenticate our users, and offer similar user experience features; develop, offer, and improve the Services and other offerings (some of which may be offered in partnership with other parties); manage and personalize advertisements or promotional offers; manage purchases (in-game); secure and protect the Services; support auditing, data analysis, and other legitimate business operations; Prevent or moderate fraudulent, toxic, harmful, or illegal content or conduct that violates our Terms. To support these business purposes, we may create, improve, and use machine learning technologies to help identify harmful, toxic, or fraudulent content on our services. Content identified by these technologies may be subject to human review. Otherwise, if applicable, you may have the ability to request human review of automated decisions.

• Legal obligations: We process personal data where necessary to comply with legal obligations, such as responding to legitimate requests from law enforcement authorities or other government officials in accordance with relevant legal processes, identifying or moderating illegal content or conduct on the Services, or processing date of birth to facilitate compliance with applicable youth protection laws.

• Consent: We process personal data when you provide us with your consent to do so. You are not required to give consent if you do not want your personal data to be processed for the purposes requested, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

8. STORAGE

Because the specific personal information we process and our reasons for doing so often vary depending on how you use the Epic Services, how long we retain it may also vary. We generally store personal information for as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes described in this policy (such as complying with our legal obligations, managing internal records, enforcing our terms, and resolving disputes), unless an extended retention period is required or permitted by law.

The main criteria we consider when determining specific retention periods often include minimum requirements under applicable law, relevant industry standards, the types of data concerned (such as their level of sensitivity), relevance to potential litigation or similar proceedings (such as defending against legal claims), and whether the data is necessary to prevent fraud or similar abuse of the Services (including to enforce prohibitions against scams and other unauthorized behavior). For example, if you create an account on Escape World Pandora, we will store the personal information associated with your Google account for as long as necessary to maintain your account, and provide the Services you have requested, enforce the applicable terms governing your use of the Services, and maintain appropriate records showing that we have provided you with the Platform Services

9. SECURITY

We have implemented appropriate administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use, and from other unlawful forms of processing. In some cases, your data may be accessible when you log in to some of the features we offer, and in those cases it will be necessary for you to maintain the confidentiality and security of your user credentials and password in order for your data to be protected. If we become aware of the unauthorized disclosure of your personal information, we will notify you as required by law and take steps to help protect your information.

10. UPDATES

We will update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our relevant practices or laws. When we do, we'll change the date listed at the top of the policy. In some cases, we may also notify you of relevant changes via email or within the platform. Please review this policy regularly to ensure that you understand your relationship with Escape World Pandora and the ways in which we may collect, use, and share data in connection with the services the platform provides.
